Weekly measurements & nutrition advice 30 minutes • £5Weekly measurements taken from target areas; review of the past week's intake; nutritional advice and education provided for the following week. First session £10 to asses lifestyle, diet, and to assess individual's nutritional requirements. This will required every time there is a period of 4 weeks non-attendance; and/or goals change (loss to maintenance for example)
30 minute workout 30 minutes • £1530 minutes of motivated, guided workout. Personal to the individual. Indoor and outdoor workouts available. Suited best to complete beginners, or those who haven't exercised for quite some time. Recommend minimum 2 times a week.
45 minute workout 45 minutes • £18.5045 minutes of motivated, guided workout. Personal to the individual. Indoor and outdoor workouts available. Suited best to people who have gotten used to exercising a few times per week, and are now ready to increase their activity levels. Recommend minimum 2 times a week.
60 minute workout 1 hour • £22.5060 minutes of motivated, guided workout. Personal to the individual. Indoor and outdoor workouts available. Suited best to people who are regular exercisers, and are ready to increase their activity levels further. Recommend minimum 2 times a week.
